Terms of Service

Public Offer / Terms of Service for ContinuForge. English translation of the Russian-language Public Offer dated August 7, 2026.

This document is a public offer by Individual Entrepreneur Aleksei Sergeevich Vakhrushev (the “Contractor”) to enter into an agreement for information-technology services under the terms below.

Acceptance occurs through actions that clearly indicate agreement, including account registration where required, selection of a paid plan, acceptance at checkout and payment.

1. Terms and definitions

1.1. ContinuForge is the Contractor’s software product and related online service intended for long-running work with ChatGPT, including context continuation between chats, labels, search, navigation, export, anti-lag and ContinuForge Memory.

1.2. ContinuForge Memory is a feature that lets a user, by explicit action, save selected material including text, web pages and images and later route selected material to areas of ChatGPT available to that user.

1.3. Website means https://continuforge.com/ and its language sections.

1.4. Customer means a legally capable individual, individual entrepreneur or legal entity accepting these Terms.

1.5. Service means access to paid ContinuForge functionality under the selected plan together with related information-technology support.

1.6. Pro means the paid ContinuForge plan with the functions and limits displayed on the Website when the order is placed.

1.7. Billing period means the paid-access period shown at checkout. Unless stated otherwise, a monthly billing period is one month from successful payment.

1.8. Payment partner means Robokassa and/or another payment organization through which the Customer pays.

2. Subject of the agreement

2.1. The Contractor provides access to paid ContinuForge functionality under the selected plan and the Customer pays for the Service.

2.2. The specific feature set, limits, price and access period are shown on the Website before payment. If marketing copy differs from the parameters expressly shown at checkout, the checkout parameters apply provided this does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

2.3. The Service is provided remotely in electronic form; no physical medium is supplied.

2.4. ContinuForge is an independent product. The Contractor is not OpenAI, Google or an affiliated entity and does not claim such status.

2.5. Some ContinuForge functions depend on third-party services and browsers, including ChatGPT and Google Chrome. Changes to those services may require ContinuForge to be adapted.

3. Agreement and access

3.1. The Customer chooses a plan, signs in when required, reviews the price and terms and proceeds to payment.

3.2. Before payment, the Customer can review these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

3.3. The agreement is concluded when the selected Service is successfully paid and the Contractor receives payment confirmation from the Payment partner, unless checkout states otherwise.

3.4. Pro access is activated after successful payment confirmation without unreasonable delay. If automatic activation fails, the Customer may contact support.

3.5. A confirmed ContinuForge account may be required. The Customer is responsible for keeping account credentials secure.

3.6. Lack of a Customer account or access to the third-party ChatGPT service is not treated as non-performance where the paid ContinuForge functionality is otherwise available under the stated technical requirements.

4. Price, payment and receipts

4.1. The worldwide price of ContinuForge Pro is USD 9 for one monthly billing period. No regional product price applies.

4.2. If applicable law or Payment-partner rules require payment in rubles or another supported settlement currency, the Customer pays the equivalent of USD 9. For ruble settlement, the Contractor determines the equivalent using the official USD exchange rate of the Bank of Russia on the date the payment order is created. The final amount in the settlement currency is shown before payment confirmation and fixed for that payment order.

4.3. Payment is cashless through the Payment partner. When Robokassa is used, the checkout amount is formed in rubles as the equivalent of USD 9 under clause 4.2. A card issuer or payment system may additionally convert that amount into the card currency. Card details are entered on the payment service side unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

4.4. Where applicable, an electronic fiscal receipt is created and delivered in accordance with applicable Russian requirements and the Payment partner configuration.

4.5. The Contractor may change prices for future billing periods. A successfully paid order and its already-paid period are not changed.

5. Subscription and recurring charges

5.1. Automatic renewal applies only if checkout expressly states that the selected plan is a recurring subscription and the Customer separately agrees to recurring charges.

5.2. For an enabled subscription, each future billing period remains USD 9. If settlement is in rubles, the ruble equivalent for each new billing period is calculated under clause 4.2 and can therefore change with the official USD rate. Price, charge frequency and cancellation method must be disclosed before recurring billing is enabled.

5.3. The Customer can disable future recurring charges through the available ContinuForge account/subscription controls or by contacting support. Disabling renewal does not cancel the already-paid period.

5.4. If recurring billing is not enabled for a plan, each new billing period is paid manually by the Customer.

5.5. Robokassa recurring payments may be used only after the relevant recurring-payment functionality has been separately enabled with the Payment partner.

6. Rights and obligations

6.1. The Contractor provides the Service according to the selected plan, maintains reasonable operability of its own service and discloses material usage conditions.

6.2. The Contractor may change the interface, technical implementation and free-function set as long as such changes do not remove already-paid Service scope.

6.3. Individual functions may be paused for maintenance, bug fixes, security or adaptation to third-party platform changes.

6.4. The Customer must use ContinuForge lawfully and must not bypass technical restrictions, disrupt the service, obtain unauthorized access to other accounts or use the service to violate third-party rights.

6.5. The Customer is responsible for the lawfulness of materials saved, exported, moved or routed through ContinuForge.

6.6. The Customer may obtain plan information, contact support, stop future use and request refunds where provided by these Terms and applicable law.

7. Cancellation and refunds

7.1. The Customer may cancel the Service as provided by applicable law.

7.2. To stop future automatic renewal, the Customer may cancel the subscription using an available method. Access normally continues through the already-paid period unless applicable law or the cancellation interface requires otherwise.

7.3. A refund request should be sent to support with the ContinuForge account email, payment date and amount and, when available, the payment identifier.

7.4. Refunds are made where required by applicable law. If the Customer cancels after service performance has begun, documented costs actually incurred may be taken into account to the extent permitted by law.

7.5. If a payment is charged after timely cancellation due to a technical error, the Contractor reviews the request and, when the error is confirmed, initiates the corresponding refund.

7.6. The final crediting time depends on the bank, payment system and Payment partner.

8. Personal data and privacy

8.1. Personal-data processing is governed by applicable law and the ContinuForge Privacy Policy published on the Website.

8.2. Registration, access, support, licensing and payment-status processing may require data necessary for those purposes, including email, account identifiers and technical data.

8.3. Bank-card details entered on the Payment partner side are not considered received by the Contractor unless a specific integration expressly transfers them.

8.4. Materials saved to ContinuForge Memory are processed according to the actual product architecture and Privacy Policy. Saving an item to Memory does not mean consent to use that item for advertising or sale to third parties.

9. Liability and external services

9.1. The parties are responsible in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

9.2. The Contractor is not responsible for outages, restrictions, blocking, interface changes or rule changes of third-party services outside the Contractor’s reasonable control, while taking reasonable steps to adapt its own product.

9.3. The Contractor does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of ChatGPT, Google Chrome, the Customer’s internet connection or other external systems.

9.4. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or the Contractor’s liability where such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.

10. Force majeure

10.1. The parties are released from liability to the extent non-performance is caused by extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances under the applicable conditions.

10.2. The affected party should notify the other party within a reasonable time where notification is objectively possible.

11. Term, changes and contacts

11.1. These Terms remain effective from publication until withdrawn or replaced.

11.2. A new version applies to agreements and billing periods concluded after publication. Changes must not reduce already-paid Service scope unless otherwise required by law.

11.3. Claims and requests may be sent to 31337vah@gmail.com or through support channels available on the Website, including support@continuforge.com.

11.4. The parties seek to resolve disagreements through negotiation and written claims. If no agreement is reached, disputes are resolved under the applicable legal procedure.

11.5. The Russian-language Public Offer is the primary language version. Translations are provided for user convenience.
