Cancel future renewal
If recurring billing is enabled, disable future renewal through the available account/subscription controls or contact support. Cancellation normally leaves the already-paid period active until it ends.
Request a refund
Email support@continuforge.com and include your ContinuForge account email, payment date, amount and payment identifier when available.
Processing
ContinuForge reviews the request under the Terms and applicable law. If a refund is approved, the time for funds to reach the original payment method depends on the payment provider, payment system and bank.
Technical duplicate or post-cancellation charge
If a payment was charged after timely cancellation because of a confirmed technical error, ContinuForge initiates the corresponding refund.
